Amethyst

A uniquely large crystal of amethyst, which is overgrown with younger parallel, shiny, deep purple crystals. The whole resembles a lighted torch or scepter. The bottom of the scepter is made of one large crystal of jewelery quality, on which grows the second generation of amethysts with natural unpolished surfaces.
