Aragonite<\/strong> from Argentina forms irregularly grown layers with a unique pattern and white, yellow and beige colouring. Aragonite is one of the forms of calcium carbonate, like calcite. The light of these lamps is pleasant and warm.<\/p><\/div> Fluorite<\/strong> is calcium fluoride with a wide range of colours, from purple to green. Backlit, a stone with transitions from green to deep purple is very striking.<\/p><\/div> Selenite<\/strong> is a fibrous, silky-lustrous variety of gypsum. Each fibre is a long gypsum crystal that acts as an optical fibre capable of conducting light.
