Describe the defect and tell us how you would like the complaint to be resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Send us the claimed goods<\/strong> to 4C minerals, s.r.o., Korunn\u00ed 906\/29, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic. The complaint is considered made at the moment we receive the goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Good to know<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a defect becomes apparent within six months of receipt, the goods are deemed to have been defective upon receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When taking over the shipment, check that the packaging is intact and report any damage to the carrier immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints do not cover a defect for which the goods were sold at a lower price, nor wear and tear caused by normal use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Full conditions are set out in our <a href=\"\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">Terms and Conditions<\/a> (Article 11).
